| POSITION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE |

| Assist with maintenance of all TBC vehicles and facilities. |
| |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |

| Licenses: Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus - must obtain within 90 days of hire) |
| |
| Education: High school diploma or equivalent |
| |
| Experience: Must have previous experience performing minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. work |
| |
| Specific Skills: Good interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to perform minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, |
| painting, etc. work |
